im not sure about how to do that, but changing everything to a darker colore might help make it seem like night time...

You could PMI the sky from another level that is at nigth like keyes or two betrayals maby

open the lightmaps bitmap of the map, and darken those. reinject those bitmaps. and eveything will be darker, now just add a night sky from two betrayals
