small skin request

to any skinners who have time and are good. i need two bitmaps to replace the assault rifle muzzle flash. what i need is for it to look more like this
if anyone can get the ar flash bitmap to look like that id be grateful and will mention your name in any mod i use these bitmap in. thank you
