Size of map file

I modded BG. I added a few jumps and used them blocks to make a building in the midle. THE FILE SIZE OF BG IS 140 MEGS. how the hell do I publish a 140 meg file on my site? I'm not sure how PPF works on reducing the file size can someone help me?

It is not 140 MB. Try 14.
