Help

Hi. Completely new here.

Anyway. One of the days, I got a skin for the AR, and changed the texture for it in HMT. I saw that with the weapons, you can change various statistics for them - rate of fire, ammo capacity, accuracy, etc - so I tried to change them a little... I was using a10.map (Pillar Of Autumn), but whenever I try to save it and run the game, the game tells me the map is corrupted and I can't play it.

Are you only able to change the bitmaps/textures used in the SP Maps, or is there something I'm doing wrong?

You must be screwing something up. What exactly are you changing?

yeah you can mod SP maps...what are you changing?

it might be corrupted from like having really high numbers.

ROF:121231909389210309178280941231234 (for example)

I was attempting to change the accuracy and ammo of the assault rifle, to start off with: Make it more like what I'm sure the Halo 3 AR would be like.

If I recall, the accuracy was around that of the pistol having the trigger held down, ammo clip set to 32 and maximum avaliable 320 bullets for the weapon.

hmm alot of people are having problems with SP modding...

Test out modding on an MP level.

then try SP.
