VEhicle Speeds Question

if i make them on 1...will they be screwed up for every1 in the server..or jus tme..if i host..wil they be able to kjoin?

If the people joining your game online dont have your mod they wont be able to realy see it, for example if you made the shotgun shoot tank shells and someone came online to play on your server and you shot them with the shotgun they would not see the tank shells or the explosion but they would still see themselves go flying.

Oh my god... NO, IT'S BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT THEY DON'T HAVE THE MOD.

It's not cheating in any freaking way, because if you tell them it shoots tank shells it isn't, and even if you didn't, chances are they have enough brains to figure it out.

Now if I did some modding bullshit like change all the Active-Camo textures to something solid, or made all the shader models for walls invisible, that's cheating.

Let us look at the tutorials next time, shall we?

yea people never under stood the mods at first. my first mod was on bg in the beta version. i had my power weapons mod on and one of the things i did was change the banshee to a turret and the hogs into banshees. people would see a flying hog and quit, others would get in the turret and was like "what the hell is wrong with this banshee, it wont move" so in a way, yea, if your serving a mod no one has then its cheap. there are a few thing you could do to your advantage if you not serving, like glassjaw's glass prisoner (so you can see everyone). there are many other ways too but we wont get into that
