haloce and modding (and a site)

soon, haloce wiill be released and i want to know something, what can it do that hmt cant do exactly (except for mapping)

also, i am making a site (probably haloce.org) for haloCE, im gonna need news people, site designers and graphics creators if anybody wants to help me, this website will feature news about haloCE and also will include a map storage facility. beware that only "quality" mods or maps will be allowed into the coveted space in haloce.org's webspace, consistently good modders will also be allowed free webspace, among other freebies!

there will also be a forum to discuss haloCE and also to recommend maps to be stored in the repository
