I'm using the sky plugin with HMT3.5 to make a night BG. I would like to know the following:
1) How do you get rid of shadows?
2) How do you get a dark sky?
3) How do you get rid of the sun and the solar flare?

1) The shadows are part of the map, you can't get rid of them.
2) Insert some numbers in the RGB things at the sky/levels/test thing.
3) I thought it was somewhere in HHT under the sky part... Dunno.

On the second question, you can edit the texture of the sky to make it darker, or if you want all of the light to darken on the map, you have to edit the textures in levels/bloodgulch/test or levels/test/bloodgulch (I forget, just somthin like that) in the bitmap tag. You will need photoshop and the dds plugin to edit the textures.

For the third question, you might be able to do it with a plugin. I think it is the light plugin, but I may be wrong.

Do I have to make a PPF patch for that? or anyone who joins the server that has the mod won't be able to see the sun?

My HHT won't work for me I get the following:

HHT.exe - Common Language Rintime Debugging Services

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

Process id=0xc80 (3200), Thread id=0xeb0 (3760).

Click OK to terminate the application
Click CANCEL to debug the applitcation

And it doens't run even if I click cancel. So, anyone know why?

So far there are only two asses on this forum. Bunkerking and Voided. You don't understand that making mods is fun for me? I play with my clan and have fun. My mods are fun no matter what you say. You can go ahead and be a teenage year old ass. Entertainement goes beyond insulting people.

1. Thanks for bumping up another useless topic!

2. Edit the RGB Values for the level bitmap.
