anybody know a good program to edit the sounds on halo?
You're probably best off importing new sounds.
If you want to do something in particular to your sound, search in google.

pretty easy. doesnt really require an explaination. open soudn file in goldwave. save as mp3. open mp3 in audacity. edit sound. save and convert back with goldwave.
