How do u add models and animations and other things into halo pc (not CE)?

for pc is unable it possible on pc...If you are talking about tags its possible...1.copy your map , 2.Open it and rename (for ex. [weap]weapons/pistol/pistol ) then recursive save ... blablabla rebuild with it and when you open the rebuilded ORIGINAL map you will have pistol and even the new tag you alerdy renamed.thats all

The only way I know of is to put the tags on a CE scenario, build the map, convert it to a format HMT can read, take the tags out and rebuild the map with the new tags (like a normal PMI). Other than that, I don't think there's another way..
