Is it possible to ftp PC to PC. If it is how do u do it?

EDIT: I want to do this cause my halo pc mods are on the other pc.

Plug a crossover CAT-5 series (ethernet) cable into both computers.
Make sure both have file sharing.
Follow some very basic tutorials

just put the mods on a CD?
