So I've just started to Mod Halo maps, and I'm trying to Mod Blood Gulch (Like everyone does). I want to add some weapons, so I go to Sparkedit, but I can't figure out how!
Thanks in advance.

So what did you want to do, have like 30 snipers on the map all over?

Highlight a weapon, and then select the duplicate somewhere in the upper left of the program, another gun should appear next to it, move it wherever you like. Tadah.

If you wanted to add a new gun in that wasnt on the map, you cant as far as I know, you can only have as many types of weapons as there are on map.

Edit: You can use HMT to subtract one weapon for another. IE replace pistol with needler. If you do that every pistol on the map will be a needler.

How do you set up teleports?

Go to Tools, and add teleporter pair, one should "point" to the other, you'll see what i mean, the one that points is the starting spot, the one being pointed to is the destination spot. Now just move them to where you want them to be.

I believe you hold ctrl and then move the mouse down. Theres a controls option somewhere in the program, it'll tell you all that stuff.

You could just select something and use arrow key to move up, down, right, left and use pgup, and pgdown to move the object up and down

Is there any way that the teleports can just snap to the other so it's not so hard? 'Cause I can't do it.

Like, automaticly face the other one by pressing a button or something.

When you move them, they don't have to point to each other. Just use the arrows on top to figure out which one is behind, which would be the teleport origin (start), and the one thats in front, which is the designation (end). After you figure that out, it doesn't at all matter what direction they face.

Yeah, I know. I want it to be so I don't have to aim it at the other one. I can't do that.

You dont have to aim anything, just add the teleporter pair, put one where you want to start and the other where you want to go, when you hit the first one you'll instantly go to wherever the second one is it doesn't matter which way they're facing. All that matters is that you get the "orgin" teleporter to be the one you walk into, and the "destination" teleporter to be where you want to go.

That's not allowed. Just take it off of your Halo PC CD.
