Hello all

i was wondering if anyone here have this skin or know how to do it

Very easy.Need dxtbmp photoshop and Default editor.Open the dds with dxtbmp extract it like a bmp edit it with the def editor and then add glow effects with photoshop.

You dont need dxtbmp if ya got photoshop and the plugin

I'll help you skin, just hit me up on AIM but for now
1. Edit the original bitmap in Photoshop
2. DDS plugin(you can find it everywhere, even on halomods)
3. You use HMT, you select the bitmap and replace the bitmap with the one you edited.

DXT Bmp is good for Previewing images, it lets you edit alpha channels, and it's a good option for people who can't afford photoshop.

I believe you're thinking of the GIMP, which is basically a free photoshop. DXTBMP can convert a .dds to .bmp, and vice verca, but doesn't actually do any editing. Unless I missed a part.
