yes it is.I think when you change the meta numbers of vehicles\turret\turret to bipeds\... and make flag to fly will be possible.

The coding Gearbox put in PC make the c-turrets impossible to move. That's what I've heard at least, your best bet would be to take a turret of the warthog and use that, search for a tut i'm sure there's one on here somewhere. From what i've read on it you'll need HMT V3.5, and phenom's 64 plugins pack

but I won't be able to remove the windshield on the hog, right? So I would be flying around in a turret with a windshield in front.

Thnx Andrew_b, there is just one problem, i made it just like a shade and it flies, but
where the actually shots are going and where the reticle is,aren't matching, it's way off.

For this you'll need Phenomena's 64 plugin pack, its on the first page.

after downloading and pasting the plugins into your HMT plugin folder:

Under the weapon your using edit the XYZ tags near the bottomn of the window, mess around a bit until they meet the reticule spot, trial and error kinda deal. Im not sure exactly what values do what.

The XYZ plugins edit where the bullets originate from, so you'd need to move them around with different values until the shoot to the correct spot. If that doesnt work i'm a little confused
