My FPS isnt usually like that...if i could find something better than fraps i would use it since fraps sucks.

What, were you trying to do the fire trail 'Hog and ended up swapping the dependency for a decal that was the fire bitmap or something?

No i was messing around with the bitmap of the grass and messed up and with the flame trail it looks like lave is forming behind the hog
