HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

ive read many tutorials on how to edit things in hex and ive followed them correctly and i believe ive edited things correctly when i try to test my maps in my halo game i open up halo and everything is normal i go to create an internet game so i can see how the map is bymyself while not connected to the internet and when i get to the loading screen to join the game the window closes down and a little window comes up and sais exeption! and in the window it also sais gathering data, i let this take its course and then halo closes down and it sais there was an error and would i like to send or not send a report. I dont know why its doing this and if anyone knows why it is please reply to this and tell me i would apreciate it very much

make a lan game instead

it does this because something isn't right in your mod, or the things you swpped just can't be swapped, or your using the wrong offset(there might be another similar item you can swap to get the results you want)

exception data comes up because windows xp is set to report things to microsoft so that they can fix there unfinished operating systems in the beta stage. This is a nice feature but it isn't right for microsoft to sell there OS for hundreds of dollars when it still has bugs.
