HMT skinning

I extracted the textures of blood gulch. As a test I changed the Hue( using photoshot) of the warthog wheels. How do I implement it back in the game? lol, may sound stupid but I'm new to skinning.

save it as a dds and inject it with hmt

Okay, I`ll try that...but I`m not sure how to inject it with HMT and I`m not sure how to save it as a DDS...

search google for photoshop dds plugin, download it, export your item (usually as dds) open in photoshop, edit, save as dds, inject over the same location as the original by selecting it in HMT then injecting.

I got a DDS pluggin from the DL section...I still don`t understand how to inject it though...I open blood gulch.map and choose my thing I edited in photoshop and inject it? Where is the inject button? (sorry if I seem blind, but I`m not at my comp right now and I can`t open up the program to see)

lol sorry dude, I just have to laugh, when you select something say in bitmaps tag, did you ever notice that there is 2 buttons near )at top and bottom) of the previewed bitmap, that says "save texture" and "inject texture"? lol

I mean c'mon, no-one is that blind :P

ya its right there
