NEED HELP WITH SOUND

hey guys... i play to kill and i have a crappy comp...so when i turn up my comp i cant hear footsteps that well and i cannot adjust treble
if there is anyone that can make footsteps louder and easier to hear (but not your own steps) that would be much appreciated
or if i AM able to do it myself please tell me how

try extracting the specific sound you want louder, cranking up it's volume, then injecting it. that would work

the best way to do this is BUY BETTER SPEAKERS! editing sound is difficult even when you know what your doing, so the safest bet is buy better speakers

hmm, well u could use goldwave, or mess with teh computer's settings, go download goldwave i can tell u how to use it

Go into Halo's sound settings, and try to put all sound options on and to set every sound to the highest quality.

all u have to do to increse treble is in goldwave go to equelizer and go to pesets and pic increse treble. its ez..

its ez! if u dont want goldwave(u still should get it cuz its awsome for every thing) then just change your sound settings
