Have a question.

I'm trying to do some halo 3 models. So far I got the pistol so far to look like it, but I need to know how to make a animation for it in 1st person.

let me tell you something. makeing a animation in HEK and porting it to CE is on a level of difficulty so high you dont want to know. unless you want too spend 12 hours learning how to use jma exporter. compileanimations. import animations animateing in general and about a million other things. then i say just stick with the normal animations dude.

tutorials doing this specific thing i dont think exsist. so... no. you got to kinda figure this more advanced stuff out on your own. id write you one but it would take a week.

So, I'm used to it. I will spend my free time learning this stuff so, can you help me?

well first your gonna need 3ds max and HEK

then your gonnna need the ghosts animation importer

then you gotta import the pistol animation useing ghosts animation importer and make your animations.

then you export your animations and Port them to PC from a CE map.

then pmi them into to a map.

those are the basic steps. you can find tutorials to do each of those things all over here. most of them you can get in the HCE section.
