Sparkedit at 4 Frames per second, WOW!

For some reason, whenever I run sparkedit now, its runs uber-slow with 4FPS, Itactually took me 30 minuites to move a tree from one side of Blood Gulch to the other side.
Any ideas?
Im about to reinstall and see what happens.
Edit: Reinstalling didn't work...

safemode sparkedit?
uhh does your halo run safemode or are u useing a good gfx card.

Im using the same GFX card as last week, and it worked then...
this doesnt have to do with halo.exe, and whats sparkedit safemode?

oh you upgraded to vista huh..
part of it is vista glass effect.
(on desktop)
right click personalize, then make the glass non-transparent.

Yeah, Vista has all these new features. That's why it needs 1 GB of RAM now.

...no it doesnt...a gig of ram really isnt that much.
