help me please

hello everyone. some of you may remember me (though i doubt it i was here when the forums were still dark blue) but i have fallen out of the modding community and need someone to teach me again. i still know the simple stuff like meta swapping item moving/duping and speed boosts but i need someone to teach me or point me in the right direction. any help is appreciated.
