HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I posted this somewhere else and got like 9 views. Hope someone can help because I want to play others on this level something fierce. (sigh)

I backed up my original carousel map and copied the RR file and pasted it in the maps folder. I then opened ppf-o-matic3 and applied the ui.ppf patch to the ui.map file. I am able to play it online as long as I host but when I go to join another server it gives me the exception notice we all love so much. I have been able to do just fine with all other maps so I'm not new to this. Anyone get the same issue? Or can anyone help? Thanks

when u host a game, and ppl join they play right? or do they get an exception error (I.E.: joining then staying in server for a bit, no talking, then quiting.)

why did all the conversions replace carousel? that makes it so we cant have a fucking server switching through the maps wtf?! bad idea ppl!!!

im using wizard for my warthog run conversion

Thanks for the reply Voided. I haven't had anyone in the room yet. Of course I was only online with it for a minute to try it so I don't know if someone else gets the error joining my room or not. I'll try it out.

It is, the Library MP, and its called Chiron....its a spartan training ground, not a teleporter level lol

Thats because I've been playing the game above 2 years, dude...I know the game inside out.

So Death Island will be called Water Place?? lol. I never played the RR online. Just don't care; lol.
