HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

After it asks about my video card when I start up halo...BOOM...exception error

it doesn't even get to the movies

I even reinstalled halo....and it still does that.

I even went to Microsoft Games\Halo and tried to play right off of the .exe in there and I still get it

Any suggestions?

try deleting all things you have related to halo (ie the saved games and stuff, the left over folders, and that stuff) then try it, if it still doesnt work, then try installing to a new directory.

Did you try uninstalling it? Hmm maybe you vid card is too good for Halo and it can't keep up with it.
