because i have a crap video card (GeForce4 MX

) i was trying to experiment with making normal non-pixel shaders. I havent got it to work yet please help
Im currently using adobe photoshop elements and HMT 3.5 to try and make this work
any help apriciated

what decent cheap video card can i find
i cant afford a 9800
