Need help with super jumps, speed, and old maps

Hi I just started modding about 2 hrs ago..okay how do I make it so not everyone can do what I can do, and I forgot to copy my orginal maps so how can I get the orginal back? Note: I only have the DEMO version, also...why does it lagg? Any help is appreciated! Thank you very much!
