hog with 2 weapons

hi I am trying to make the chain hog gun have 2 weapons but every time I try it doesn't work can someone give me a tut or something thank you.

Well, heres an alternative, I guess.

Sit in the passanger seat, make it so you can drive and shoot the vehicle weapon in the passenger seat, and then shoot. If you have a weapon and the vehicle has a weapon you should shoot both.

It could be done in both CE or PC, but CE would be a lot easier.
