Help with Sparkedit

i have halo trial, i have sparkedit & i have gotten the Sparkify, DeSparkefy thing, but when i try to open the map it stays the same grey,
I just need to know how to
use the Sparkify, DeSparkefy thing

use ppf-o-matic to apply it to the map you want to open.

Where it says bitmap things under option change /Halo/ to /Halo Trial/.

I have ppf-o-matic, but when i open it up i can put the ISO file in, but where do i get the Patch thing i need to put in below it
do i put in the sparkefy,desparkefy thing in there?

The ISO file is the original map and the patch is the sparkify patch. To use it, just click the floppy disk on the right side of the patch box, go to where you have the sparkify/de-sparkify patches stored, move the box near the bottom to "all files" from "CD Images" and select the file. It's very important to switch it to "All files", because otherwise you won't see the patch

that won't work, when i try to open Sparkify/Desparkify in the patch box, it says "not a valid PPF file" WTF?
'EDIT' I tried putting Sparkify/Desparkify in the ISO box & put the map in the other one, but it says the same thing for the map

The only thing I can suggest then is to try downloading a different sparkify patch.
