hog question?

where can i get a hog/hogskin that has HUGE rims and thin tires? I keep on trying to go to files.halomods.com but my pc says: "critical error: could not connect to data base"

Eh, it goes down and/or become unaccessible every so often. Try again 10 or 15 minutes later, and it should work then.
