I am new to halo pc, but have been playing on xbox for a good while, so im not a n00b to halo. Basically if I wanted to check out a mod on a multiplayer level, is it possible to go online and not let anyone into your game? Or would I just have to tell people that im just testing out mods? In the case that I cant be the only one in the game, by using bots could that fix the problem? Thanks for the help, and sorry if I posted a new thread instead of replying in an older one.

There are a couple of different approches to this, well umm, "problem".
You can either...
A.) Start a Lan game, that way no one else online can join!
B.) Password a game
OR
C.) Some routers wouln't let you host a game

 , like mine...(stupid router!)
..and those are three different approches, I of course don't have to worry about it, because of my router!
