the vehicles and scenery are almost going to be impossible to do in pc.. I recommend doing it in ce, however it's still going to be very difficult. I can be your modeler if you'd like.

CE would be fine, but if its done in CE, can it be transferred to normal.
My friend has the trial, how (if possible) could u transfer it to trial

actually i think the dragon might be like the easiest part you can edit the model of the ghost or the banshee and have the dragons head where the turrets are, so that way you can do some projectile swapping and swap the ghost bolt/ banshee bolt with flamethrower

Before you attempt a big mod like this, try and learn some skills like modeling or skinning. Don't expect people to jump right in if the leader of the project has no useful skills in making this mod.
Just my 2 cents.

I Agree but anyways, I still beleive this should be a ce mod. And who knows maybe someday someone like DECOY will come along and convert it to pc for you

Yes, it can be converted.. However, making a mod like this is a several month project, so don't be surprised if you get tired of working on it.. It takes some work to make a good quality mod. As I said before, I can make models for you but you have to do the actual ce work like bsp making and tagging the models. Read some tutorials and try some of this stuff out before you make it for real. Also, a flying dragon is possible, but it'll be extremely difficult, and may still have some flaws that will make it look worse.
