REQUEST: Mod that removes the text from the main menu

Most of you probably already know that Windows Vista Ultimate comes with a gadget that lets you use a video as your desktop background. I thought it'd be really cool if you could use the main menu from Halo PC, with the panoramic view of Halo floating around in space, which I always thought was really awesome.

So maybe someone could make a mod that would remove the text from the main menu, and just leave the title and the floating Halo, so that it could be recorded in FRAPS and used as the desktop background.

Information regarding mods in development, existing mods or trainers that already do this, or console commands that accomplish this would be greatly appreciated.
