[Wanted] Detailed Tut or process for PMI

If anybody who knows how to PMI something can explain it to me in detail with some steps, that'd be great.
Because some of the other tutorials lacked some detail, I think.

i use that 1 too togheter with one of a guy that doesnt is high and is doing blablabla at the strat off the movie
