No, update your drivers. You can get the download from the card manufacturer's site.

Everyone does, for disabled map you gotta close HMT cause your comp(with most things) can't open 2 things of 1 thing at once.

Yeah, your comp wouldn't work very well without one. To find out what model, you can go to Run and type in dxdiag, and run that. It will tell you.
