Dev Help plz Any Ideas?

I have devall for halo ce and i love it but i've always wanted to make it work for PC and i know it's possible becuase i've seen movies involving dev in campain. I reeeeaaaaaaaallllllyyyyy want to do it!!!

Any ideas or suggestions?

Oh and every time i try to go to bitter bannana it either never shows up on google or brings me to a different address so if you tell me to go to bitter bannana, give me a link plz.
