BIPD Swapping

I am trying to swap the MC in a multiplayer map with a Combat FLood Elite. I have PMI'd the flood characters completely however I run into a few snags.
My first thought was to do a META swap in HMT. This resulted perfectly except for the fact that I had no HUD and I could not enter/exit vehicles.
So I went to my second thought which would be to (after having reverted the meta) open up my map (Timberland btw) in HHT and swap the dependencies for MOD2, COLL, ANTR, and UDLG. This turns out the same as the meta swap before.
Since I know that ANTR is the Animations then I decided to set it back to Cyborg's dependancy. This worked and I was able to do everything that normal MC could do however now my character is stiff as a board. even from another player's point of view he stands still 100% of the time when you move it is if the biped is just gliding around. When you are in a vehicle it is the same way and when you die your body just stands straight up rather than falling to the ground.
I would like to know if anyone knows a way to do a "perfect biped swap" so that I can be the Flood Elite in all forms including how the elite moves with the ability to pilot all the normal vehicles. Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated. BTW i used to have a different name on here (ChaosTiger)
