Modding suggestion bad GFX

o k so could some one make a skin or mod that makes bullet holes and scorch marks appear thatd be really great. please and thx

Sorry, there's no possibility to make bullet holes appear through skinning. It's in the game's engine, and you have to enable the option in the options menu.
I'm thinking you can't because of a bad graphics card?
If you want to have slightly better graphics, try this for example.

Hold on. What if you swapped the [bullet\impact\metal] meta with the [bullet\impact\cyborg] meta. Would that work?

No because his grapics cards dont support decals so it wouldnt work
