you should switch the {sky\planets\threshold clear afternoon} texture with one from a night level (a50). It will make it seem more like night. everything else seems good.

y dont u make a new weapon (thats also the rocket launcher) but make it so that when u shoot your one avalable rocket out of this weapon that you can fly it around.. that might be nice

I don't think fly-by-wire is possible, dude. Think if there are any other things with fly-by-wire... if there aren't, then this can't be either.
