help making secondary fire on assault rifle

some help me make a grenade launcher attachtment for my assault rifle i have followed guides on how to do it but everytime i do it then when i try to edit the weapon in hmt i get an exception error so if some one helps me make my assault rifle have a grenade launcher attachtment i'll post credit for it in my next mod
