HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I've been reading around and really want to start to make mods for Halo, but i have one question that I havent really been able to clarify. Are you able to make a single-player campain, like the one already with HaloPC

Any and all help is appreciated.

This will be possible when sapien comes out.

Actually, I believe Gearbox has not confirmed if they will provide support for SP maps in their SDK. It really depends on if the modding community takes off or not.

All that is confirmed at this point is support for MP maps. If they do not support SP, we may support it ourselves

okay i see, but is there any plans from the community to start SP support?

I would really like to see SP campaines made by the community and I would like to make one myself

We are currently decoding the map format, so I think eventually we will be able to do something like that. It will take a while though.

probably not, we'll find a way to import it's information from Halo PC, or just rebuild it from the ground up.
