idea for a map

Ok guys i just thought of this i want to make a two story blood gulch all metal with now how would i do this and what programs do i need.please give strong critisizim

this would not be easy at all...you would have to have really know what your were doing to make a map as complex as that

the metal part can be done but I'm not sure about the two story part. To make it metal just swap every bitmap that has to do with blood gulch ground and scenery with like flat metal panels or something.
