This is the easiest way to put a vehicle in a level with out one already

First there needs to be scenery in the level
Ok open Hmt3 up.
Then go to vehicles
Choose the vehicle that u want to place in
Next copy the Meta offset
Then open scenery and choose the piece of scenery that you choose to get rid of.
Paste that into the meta offset for one of the scenery
The new vehicle that you chose is now in the game where the scenery would normally be.
