Isn't a plugin like something you add to HMT and there's like extra boxes and stuff?

And how would someone go and make one of these?

I need some more explanation on what a plugin is

They're XML files. Check out the originals and Phenomena's huge pack of them for examplage.

I dont rlly know what XML is though. -.- Gonna go search it on wikipedia

. So to make one, do you just start typing out XML or something?
