Help Needed-HMT plugins

Hey guys I'm not a noob even though this is a very noobish question. I just need to know this, where do i put the HMT plugins to get them to work? One readme said put them in the Halo Map Tools Plugin folder. Where is this folder? Do i have to make it? and if i have to make it where do i put it? Do i put the xml files in HMT somehow?
I really appreciate help from fellow modders. So if you help me ill remember to help you in your time of need.

Open up the HMT folder wherever you installed it and you'll see a bunch of .dll files, a readme, the program, and 2 folders. One of the folders says plugins. Open that folder. Now just place the .xml file (the plugin) into that folder and it should now work.

The problem is that i moved HMT from its original location a long time ago. Can i just recreate the plugins folder or do i have to redownload HMT?

Just redownload it much faster and easyer

yea, then just replace the old plugins with the new ones... but one thing you have to do is rename the plugins so they replace the plugin they're supposed to...
or has the DL been updated? I doubt it, but maybe...
