right now i use dxt-bmp to convert from .dds to bmp. Then i use paint.net (the "evolved" form of paint), which is kinda like paintsho pro and such but its free. So, anyway i convert it with dxt-bmp, fool around in paint.net, have to use dxt-bmp to change back to .dds then i export it. This way is annoying and slow.
