What other programs can I use on halo Pc besides halo map tools?
& Wha is a good skinning program?

There is a variety of mapping/modding tools...
Sparkedit allows u to move around items on the map
HHt 5 can swap models correctly and make a bullet have different effects to different surfaces, for instance a bullet will be normal on grass, but blow up on rock.
Hmt(u no that one)
HHHT this allows u to open more than one map in the same window.
soo many more can't think of them all...

eh, Helpful Halo Hacking Tools is a PPf managerto mke it easier to keep track of ppf files and swap out mods....
