In the Pelican video, before the actual mod was released, how come the Pelican is normal, as to say the flaps work well. Not to mention the fact that pick up and drop off is easy.

Hmm... I do believe that Mono said that the best version of the Pelican Mod was in fact the one that Anon leaked early... And the one we got was probably a earlier beta version for the testers.
