Third person cam on foot?

Is there a way to make the camera into a third person view while on foot? I've breen trying, but I can't seem to get it... Any help would be appreciated. It'd be great to actually make vids/take screen shots in third person on foot.

Or you could just get someone, give them FRAPs, delete the crosshairs and such, and let them tape you.

no, it doesn't there have been tons of threads on this, and ive spent a lot of time trying to do, fact is, you can't... yet.

I tried swapping models of the cyborg FP and the original cyborg.
I got a exception data...
I can't swap any of the models by the way!
