How to get hud when playing as elite

Hi,
I'm new to modding. I've modded a MP map where I play as an elite. But there is no HUD. I was wondering if anyone knows how to get one. Thanx

dont think u can because the creators dint program the game to have a hud cuz ur not supposed to be able to play as an elite so u cant put something there that doesnt exsist (i think im right?)

You could probably inject a HUD with hht or hmt or something, I've never really tried so I'm not sure.

Thanx for the feedback. I have seen a mod where you are grunts and there is a hud. So maybe I guess it's possible.

that tut is full of it because i used hmt and swapped the mc for elite and i had a hud and everything...

ok if i can do exactly what he said not to do or didnt advise and it worked fine then it shows i know howto do something and dont call me an idiot

he said that doing it with HMT dosnt have a hud or whatever and i did it and i had a hud and EVERY thing

which refers back to phenoms tutorial, but according to dire, he can just meta swap and have a hud magically appear...

all idid was swap the MP with the elite and i got the hud...

maby he meens the model. it can be done that way its just not a compleat alteration from mc to elite. i have to say sometimes it is fun to go it without a hud. i made a sp mod that did that, it makes j00 a little more paranoid about geting killed.
