Hex Editor

Is there a hex editor I can use besides Hex Workshop? Like for adding snow or rain to a level.

Is the hex editor in that the registered (opens up to 15TB) or free (opens up to 10MB) version.

You don't even need hex to add rain to a map.
In HHT, Under your SBSP tag, just swap the nulled out [rain] tag...
