HCE mod idea: 2-16 player co-op

Ok I was thinking, if you could remake all the SP maps and convert them to MP with all the AI and stuff, then you could make like a 2-16 player Co-Op. Also some how you would need to make it so it would link togther like a real SP map. Also, make it so it is automaticly on legendry so it would be a little harder. You could also make a few bounus levels from the flood book. Like the attack on the makeshift marine outpost, or the capture of the TAR. If someone does make this just give me a little credit for the idea :wink: .

nope tats not impossible but makin new missions for the flood is impossible

well, actually in a way this is possible, but you have to know how to program ingame AI.

this is like the Area 51 maps, its like an SP, but you can play it online on CE.

go to www.halomaps.org and look for the area 51,52,53,54, maps, they are awsome.

actually.... its the opposite... new missions = very possible, co-op = impossible

no, co-op is entirely possible, a campaign-oriented coop may be difficult, but to get a co-op game all you have to do is organize the teams properly, and make all the player spawns for one team.

you obviously did not play the PC -> CE Truth and Reconciliation conversion.
