shooting uncooked grenades....

is there a way to shoot uncooked grenades instead of live ones? I've seen it in some videos but there is only one offset for grenades in the list.

u change the projectile offset with that of the ITEM grenade, instead of the weapon grenade

Say i wanted to put 600 grenades under a warthog, will the nades explode when they are hit by another nade?

In single player if an explosion interacts with a grenade that isn't live, then it will explode. So all you have to do is change the projectile offset with the offset of the grenade under the category of equipment. then when you shoot, grenades will drop.

This is a lot of fun to do warthog jumps with... Change it so the LAAG projectile is a undetonated frag grenade with the Assault Rifle projectile being a undetonated Plasma grenade. After that make it so MC is invincible and launch yourself into the air...

this will work only in campagin not in multiplayer

Ugh... you say there's only one frag 'nade value on there...

There's probably about 80 different ones for each weapon dude...
Think about it. Projectiles shoot cooked grenades. You have to pickup uncooked 'nades normally, then throw them. So it will be in Equipment section. He made a mistake when he said Item.

There is no "Grenade" in The Silent Cartographer. All I see is ammo, and some powerups. :roll:

I didn't mean SparkEdit. I meant hardcore programming and scripting to put it in the level. There are Grunts in bg because they aren't programmed in the level. If you scripted them in you could easily put Grunts in BG.

heres what would be cool for some hardcore peep to do:

make it like single player and make the grenades blow if another explode
put ai in so we could have some huge ass assualt game
put arines in so some people could be dump ass amrines.. but give marines night vision, and thermal vision (not easy, but hey.. i said hardcore.. lol)
and add some water to bloodgulch, make it rain, and/ or snow to create that water.. and do this for both pc and xbox version (start with xbox version)

Woah that'd be really difficult. Maybe if you got some people who helped make Halo.. Thatd be cool. I'd put like 1000 grenades under tanks then BOOM. But I guess I can always modd it so shotgun shoots ten pellets at a time and each pellet is 100 grenades.

Then whats the offset & value of the uncooked grenades in The Silent Cartographer?

Mine doesn't include that in equipment for some strange reason. :?
